Darcy A. Wiebrand
LICSW

Darcy Wiebrand, a licensed independent clinical social worker, provides therapy and assessment services to patients at NDHC. With more than seven years of diverse clinical experience, Wiebrand delivers high-quality, patient-centric care across the patient lifespan. She served 21 years in the Army, primarily as a medic, and began her mental health career as a suicide prevention intern. Wiebrand served in a variety of clinical settings including a Veteran’s hospital and specialty care center and earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of South Dakota. She’s been described as an “eclectic, down-to-earth” therapist focused on helping patients build resilience and identifying strengths.

Gladys Larsen
APRN-FPA, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Gladys Larsen, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, provides diagnosis and medication management services to patients at NDHC. With more than 22 years of diverse clinical experience, Larsen delivers high-quality, patient-centric care across the patient lifespan. She began her career as a registered nurse and served in a variety of clinical settings, including the Chicago Police Department and the Illinois Department of Public Health. She’s supervised and taught nursing students and has experience providing psychotherapy and group therapy. She strives to evaluate the totality of her patient’s circumstances and establish a therapeutic rapport, which leads to optimal outcomes.

 

Larsen earned both a bachelor's and master's in nursing from Olivet Nazarene University. She graduated from Lewis University as a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
