Physical Therapist

We have an immediate opening for a full-time PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our expanding full-service rehab department, carrying out individualized programs to evaluate, treat and discharge patients.

Your therapy career happens at NDHC, an independently owned healthcare center providing professional care to individuals from infants through older adults.

You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive practice, treating swing bed residents and outpatients. You are encouraged to take the time needed to know and to care for your patients. With a manageable patient load, you will have time to complete charting, consult with others on patient care teams, and develop friendships and camaraderie with coworkers.

You will be supported to grow your individual practice in a new and expanded therapy department, part of a $39.5 million renovation and construction project that is transforming our therapy services.

We support your work-life balance with:

  • Flexible Monday-Friday schedule

  • Total compensation package that includes a highly competitive base salary and employer-paid health benefits

  • Generous paid time off, advanced in the first year

  • Student loan reimbursement up to $20,000

  • Up to 4% employer match toward 401k retirement

  • Annual professional development stipend and paid training time to advance your skills

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited PT program and obtain ND state licensure.
