Diabetic Education Class

If you or a family member are impacted by diabetes, plan to attend this educational session. Led by our dietician and diabetic education nurse, topics addressed will include:

Sports Enhancement Program
June 2 - July 18, 2025
Student-athletes from surrounding schools who are entering 7th - 12th grade are invited to participate in tailored summer enhancement program.

Off-season training will prepare your body for sports seasons by improving muscle and joint strength, flexibility, speed, vertical jump, and cardiovascular

Decrease risk of injury with a combination of strength and agility training.

Program components include pre & post testing, warm ups, agility and strength training, conditioning
Classes are 1 hour, 3x/week at the Northwood High School
